why?

because a template for a browser differs a lot from a template for mobiles etc.

the pda maynot interprete javascript in the same way like a browser, for example

there are many reasons, so your question is, forgive me, a little naive...

Opera for Pocket PC and Access Netfront can display the menu, while Pocket IE is crap and does not. Its better to display a special navigation for Pocket IE. Its possible to navigate using the sitemap. I always test any websites i build on PDA and Smartphones.

Maybe I am a little naive, Opera and Access Netfront can but IE cant because it maynot interprete javascript, is it then possible to interprete javascript in IE
