Zann or anyone else experiencing this problem, please let me in on your server, because I cannot recreate this problem on my test installations on different servers.

Dear Peter, thank you for looking into it. I just installed fix 6, and now $cf['scripting']['regexp']="\#CMSimple (.*?)\#"; is being saved properly. But #CMSimple hide# is still visible in the newsbox :( As with fix 5, this script snippet does hide the page from TOC properly, but it seems to be somehow ignored by <?php echo newsbox("Newsbox");?> function.

I also have problems with $cf['security']['wwwaut']="true";. I used to use it with no problems long time ago under Windows and Abyss HTTP server, and decided to try on this project just now, with fix 6. My phpinfo() output says Server API: Apache 2.0 Handler, and everything runs under SunOS 5.8

I also sending you a PM with some links.

$cf needs to be declared global in function newsbox.

Regarding problems with wwwaut it was a hardcoded javascript link in template causing the problem - wwwaut login does still work using ?&login

hi crew!~

I have changed my password in the settings pannel from "test" to something else and have been locked out ala hoellwarth et al.

I have cleared the temp files [cache?] and deleted the cookies. but am still unauthorised to get back in. I would like to upgrade cmsimple to CMSimple version 2.6 fix 8 as this has show to solve others problems, but as i cannot get into the editor how do i do this? do i need to access through the ftp client?
I not really confident with how to upgrade the site but have found the thread http://www.cmsimple.dk/forum/viewtopic. ... ht=upgrade and will try to sort it from there. Any assistance as to re-entry is appreciated!

:!:
the website is www.ventinggallery.com
the host is www.godaddy.com
browser is firefox + explorer
ftp client is filezilla
