in demo content:
make h2 page hidden (A H2 heading)
now select h1 page (how to create pages)
submenu shows h3 page (this is correct because h2 page is hidden)
now select this h3 page

verify the locator

IMHO An H2 heading shouldn't be visible...

also, if encountered that there is still hardcode #cmsimple...# in the cms code (see content() function...)

The CMSimple code thing in content is really a bug ... damn.

But regarding the hidden page in locator - the hidden page on H2 level is still part of the URI for the page, so I believe it is correct to show this in the locator. You shouldn't make a visible page under a hidden page anyway.
